Robert Allen Nissan,
I need to tell my story about a new recent purchase. I went to have an oil change on my SUV at the new Robert Allen Nissan dealership in Helena, Montana. I talked to my friend Jamie in the service department and asked her to keep a look out for a good used car for me because I wanted to trade off my SUV. Jamie had a sales person come and talk to me and said it can't hurt to look. Mark and I walked outside to see the new cars on the lot. I walked over to the one and only red Nissan Altima, and I said WOW - thats a nice car. It was Friday afternoon, and after signing a few papers they let me take the car home and test drive it. The next day the nice red car was mine. Reid, the general manager and the finance department, gave me an excellent trade-in on my SUV and worked their magic. I have a 7 year newer vehicle and the gas mileage in the Nissan from the SUV is doubled. I came out ahead and the price was affordable.
My advice for anyone wanting a new Nissan vehicle or a used vehicle, definately go to Robert Allen Nissan and talk to the sales staff and Reid. They are the most friendly, helpful, reliable, and competent people who will work with you and help you find the right vehicle that meets your needs just as they did for me. From the sales department, the parts department, and the service department, I can't thank everyone enough for their outstanding service they gave me when purchasing my new car. A very special thanks to Jamie and Doug in the service department for their continued help and support with my vehicles in the past, Thats why I will continue to do business at the Nissan Dealership.

To the entire staff at Robert Allen Nissan,
Here is a personal account of one of your recent service customers. My name is Chris Graham and I reside in Leduc, Alberta. I recently returned home from a 6 week road trip spanning Canada, The USA and Mexico with my Ford F-150 and 19' travel trailer. The trip had gone completely incident free until just North of Jefferson City, Montana where in my over-tired diminished mental capacity I unknowingly filled my truck with diesel fuel. I was able to limp the truck to Helena however it stalled out in the Staples parking lot and I was unable to start it again. I arrived at Robert Allen Nissan on foot the next morning looking like somewhat of a bum as I'd been on the road for several days.
Upon entering the service department I was greeted enthusiastically by Jamie and she informed me that not only would they fix my truck they would tow it to the dealership free of charge. One of the service personnel named Chris eagerly drove me back to the truck and when he realized it was still attached to my trailer it didn't faze him a bit and he happily hooked up the whole package and towed me to the dealership. Once we had the truck in the shop and confirmed that I had indeed filled it with the wrong fuel they got to work immediately draining the tank and flushing the system. Rather than stand in the shop and subject myself to the friendly ribbing of the technicians I decided to visit the sales lot where I was greeted by Al. Al was very professional and after asking a few qualifying questions he determined that I was also a salesman. This prompted a long discussion about the current state of the market (Specifically the RV market) in the USA and in Canada. Al was quite convinced that I should trade in my F-150 and drive a new Titan home and even after a heated debate about cross-boarder shopping he remained completely polite and professional. I passed on Al's offer to sell me a new Titan but I did appreciate the salesmanship.
After approximately 3 hours the service department had my truck running again and Jamie presented me with my bill which I happily paid and thought was quite reasonable. During my three hours at the store I spoke with many other employees who all seemed just as courteous as Jamie, Chris and Al. In an economy that has seen the demise of many dealerships and retail stores it is good to see new businesses such as Robert Allen Nissan opening their doors and providing very high levels of customer service. In my opinion the entire store is staffed by only the most competent and professional people and you should all be very proud of your young dealership. Robert Allen Nissan is a shining example of everything that is RIGHT in the American economy.

Dear Mr. Garrett,
I wanted to drop you a line regarding some recent service work I had done at your dealership. First, a little background. Late last week we had the misfortune of having an unexpected death in our family. We had relatives come in from Oregon for the services, and while they were here, they experienced some trouble with their Chevy Suburban. I called your service department, and spoke with Jamie and explained our predicament. This on Monday, the 21st. She had me bring it in so they could look at it and give us an idea of what was wrong. Later that day, I got a call from Jamie informing me that the seals were out of the transmission, and it would need to be replaced, and she would get it doen as soon as she could, but the soonest would be Wednesday, the 23rd. I told her to go ahead and get it fixed as soon as possible as our relatives needed to get back for work. Imagine my surprise when Jamie called me early in the afternoon of the 22nd, telling me the truck was ready to go, with a new transmission, two oxygen sensors, and two new U-joints. She said the mechanic, Doug Woods, had worked late on Monday on the repair, and was able to get it done sooner than anticipated, and less expensive than we had been quoted. Our relatives were able to leave on time back to Oregon, with a new transmission, and no worries other than the roads and the weather.
Being in business for myself for 35 years, I know that you never hear the good things, only the complaints, so I wanted to write and express my deep gratitude for the quick and professional service I received, and let you know that both Jamie and Doug went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. You can be assured that I will be coming to your service department for and service needs we hav in the future, both personally and for my business. Good Job!!
Thank you,
Gary P. Shmidt
